Jessica is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 5 years of experience in assurance and taxation. She has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Earlier in her career, she worked with private enterprise clients in the assurance division of a “Big 4” accounting firm and at a mid-size firm. Currently, she acts as an outsourced external controller for clients in the not-for-profit/charity sector. She enjoys creating financial management systems that make her clients’ workdays easier and their organizations stronger. Most of Jessica’s work involves collaborating with teams to identify, connect, and streamline organizational processes, while helping staff build finance skills and confidence through training. Jessica has been on the Board of MMHS since December 2020. She is also a member of the HR committee, Finance committee and The Long-term Planning & Governance committee.
