Armita is originally from Iran. She has lived and worked in different parts of the world and came to Vancouver in 2022 to complete her degree. Her recent practicum with MMHS inspired an interest in the housing sector, and women-led housing. As a volunteer she has worked with diverse groups of people, and she brings a wealth of knowledge in her legal background and education in public policy and social justice. She loves to socialise with tenants and ensure their voices are heard.
